· Phil and Sue moved into this pretty flint cottage with a plan to replace the existing conservatory with something more usable and stylish.
· The build project involved renovating and reconfiguring the whole house to create a modern and sustainable country living experience.
HIGHLIGHTS:

· The all-glazed extension allows the clients to enjoy their terrific garden throughout the year, all hours of the day.
· The minimalist sliding glass allows for a complete indoor/outdoor living experience.
· The Japanese inspired copper roof overhang provides solar shading as well as beautiful aesthetics.
· The natural copper organically degrades to a dull brown before turning green, blending into its garden setting progressively over the years!
· Whole-house sustainable refurbishment with upgraded wall and roof insulation, plus a heat pump and PV panels.
